AI agents that answer, qualify and book

An AI agent is a chatbot that knows your business, answers the questions your buyers actually ask, decides who is worth your time, and books the ones who are. It is not a decision tree with three buttons. It is trained on your services, your prices if you publish them, your hours and your objections, and when it reaches the limit of what it should decide, it hands the conversation to a human with the context already written down.

The short version

The problem is not the questions. It is the hours

The questions a business gets asked are almost always the same fifteen. What changes is when they get asked, and it is rarely during office hours. A visitor who asks at eleven at night and gets an answer on Monday morning has already found somebody else, and you never learn that it happened.

An agent closes that gap. Not because it is smarter than your team, but because it is awake.

What we build

PieceWhat it does
Knowledge base The agent trained on your services, hours, coverage area, policies and the objections you hear most.
Qualifying logic The questions that separate a fit from a non-fit, and what happens to each. A non-fit gets a polite answer, not a booking.
Booking The agent offers real availability from your calendar and books inside the conversation.
Escalation rules The list of things the agent must never decide alone, and who it hands those to.
CRM handoff Contact created with the transcript, a tag and a source, so the next person has the context.
Channels Website widget, Instagram and WhatsApp, with the same brain behind all of them.
Bilingual by default It answers in the language the visitor used. In Miami that is not a feature, it is the baseline.

What an AI agent should not do

This is where most chatbot projects go wrong, so we define it before we build. An agent should never quote a price that depends on scope, never promise a delivery date, never negotiate, and never keep insisting when somebody asks for a human. Every one of those goes on an escalation list, and the agent hands over instead of improvising. A bot that guesses is worse than no bot, because it creates a promise you have to walk back.

How it fits with the rest

An agent on its own is a nicer contact form. What makes it produce revenue is what happens after: the contact lands in a CRM, the follow-up sequence starts, and somebody gets notified while the person is still on the site. If you do not have that layer, we build it as part of the same work.

Frequently asked questions

How is an AI agent different from a normal chatbot?

A normal chatbot follows a script: if the visitor says something the script does not cover, it fails. An AI agent is trained on your business and can handle a question phrased in a way nobody predicted, while still following the rules you set about what it must not decide on its own.

Will it make things up?

It can, which is exactly why the build starts with the escalation list: the things the agent must never answer alone. Prices that depend on scope, delivery dates and anything contractual get handed to a human. We would rather it says "let me get you someone" than invent an answer you have to walk back.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. It reads real availability from your calendar and books inside the conversation, so the person never gets sent to a separate page and lost.

Does it work on WhatsApp and Instagram too?

Yes, with the same knowledge base behind all channels, so the answer is the same wherever the person asks.

What if a customer wants a human?

They get one. Asking for a human is an escalation trigger, not something to talk them out of. The agent hands over the conversation with the context already written so nobody has to ask the same questions twice.

How long does it take to build?

The build itself is fast. The part that takes real time is gathering the answers: the policies, the objections and the edge cases. Businesses that already have that written down move quickly, and most do not.
