The details

01 Scope & formats
  1. Script = a 30–60s piece (~150 words). Longer is quoted apart.
  2. Full reel = up to 60s vertical (9:16). Other formats quoted apart.
  3. Unused pieces don’t roll over to the next month.
02 Revisions & timelines
  1. One revision round per script and per produced piece.
  2. Block B is a 3-month minimum; month one is calibration.
  3. Capture material delivered within 7 days of signing.
03 Payments
  1. Block A: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
  2. Block B: billed monthly in advance.
  3. Cancel with 30 days’ notice after the 3-month minimum.
04 Ownership & consent
  1. Your clone is yours. We don’t use it outside the contracted scope.
  2. You authorize synthetic use of your image & voice via signed consent.
